Berlin based Jamie Lidell has a new album out on Warp at the end of the month, simply entitled ’Jim’, it’s preceeded by the single ‘Little Bit of Feel Good’ on the 14th, with remixes from Mr. Oizo and Snr. Coconut. There’s a big tour coming up, which you can get more information about at the official site, along with a free mp3.
Get Weird Turn Pro favourite Mochipet has also done a great job remixing the single and his album of hip hop heaters ‘Microphonepet’ dropped yesterday.
Keeping on the remix competition tip, if you go to Daly City Records you can add your own stamp to some Mochi cuts. The winner will be chosen by Chris De Luca Vs. Phon.o, Darko (Spankrock), Machine Drum and Mochi himself, and the remix will be included on a forthcoming 12″ along with all of the judges remixes.
